*Please note that some of these services may be included in your contract if you are a maintenance customer. If they are, you do not need to do anything else unless you'd like an additional service not included in your contract. **Please let us know which services you would like an estimate for by 3/10, as space is limited.**

Irrigation Startup
- Activate back-flow prevention device
- Inspect control valves
- Inspect the system for leaks in valves, heads, and pipes
- Cut around sprinkler heads
- Run all zones
- Inspect/adjust heads for spray pattern, maximum efficiency, and coverage

Yard Cleanup
- Mow and edge lawn
- Weed and fluff planting beds
- Prune and shape shrubs under 12'
- Remove invasive plants (blackberries, English Ivy, etc)
- Clean hardscapes of debris
- Apply bark-mulch
- Apply Pre-emergent weed control
*Yard cleanups are highly subjective and the services included will be determined upon visual inspection

Moss Control
- Apply professional-grade product to kill moss in lawn and beds (option to mechanically remove moss in beds)
*We recommend combining this with de-thatching & over-seeding |
Lawn De-Thatching & Overseeding
- Mechanically core plug soil from lawn, allowing water and fertilizer to move closer to the root system, reducing thatch buildup and increasing lawn health
- Apply high-quality seed to thicken grass, which reduces weeds
- Apply high-quality fertilizer

Bark Mulch
- Dig out edges to prevent erosion
- Apply high-quality Hemlock bark-mulch
- Rake beds smooth and grade properly to prevent erosion

Plant Fertilization
- Apply professional granular fertilizer to plant material
- Option of organic fertilizer available

Corrective Pruning
- Selectively thin shrubs and trees, pruning away dead and diseased branches
- Overall shaping and pruning done to each plant's specific needs

Drainage & Erosion Control
- Properly diagnose and engineer a solution for drainage/erosion issues. This is one of the most important services we provide, as it prevents home and landscape flooding and permanent damage

Annual Flowers
- Install soil amendments to flower beds
- Install premium local flowers. The variety of flowers depends on lighting conditions. We can advise as to which flower varieties flourish in the selected planting location
- Apply high-quality fertilizer

- Removal of debris in all gutters
- Run water through downspouts
